Abstract

The stability of law is a topic that has attracted signifi cant attention and discussion among legal scholars. However, research specifi cally addressing the stability of law in a rule-of-law state remains limited. Building on prior studies, this article examines the stability of law within the rule-of-law framework. It analyzes the concept, position, role, function, and importance of ensuring legal stability in a rule-of-law state. Based on this analysis, the author proposes recommendations to strengthen the stability of law in the rule-of-law context.
