Abstract

Ensuring the right to privacy and personal secrets in digital transformation plays a crucial role in the current period. The article analyzes the current legal issues related to this activity, in order to identify the shortcomings and inadequacies of Vietnamese law, and proposes solutions to better protect the right to privacy and personal secrets during the digital transformation period.
