Abstract

The Land Law 2024 comes into effect with several new points that better protect the rights of land users when the State reclaims land. The article provides an overview of concepts while focusing on the new legal regulations regarding land reclamation, compensation policies, support, and resettlement when the State reclaims land. It also compares these provisions with corresponding regulations in the Land Law 2013, highlighting the changes in the Land Law aimed at protecting the rights of land users whose land is being reclaimed. Additionally, it proposes several effective implementation solutions for the Land Law 2024 to safeguard the interests of land users when the State reclaims land.
