Abstract

The digital era offers significant opportunities for socio-economic development while also creating profound challenges for human rights, particularly children’s rights. As a vulnerable group, children require special care and protection from society. In practice, their rights are increasingly being infringed in cyberspace in various ways, including violations of physical integrity, privacy, honor, and dignity. Using legal analysis, this article examines the current Vietnamese legal framework for protecting children’s rights in cyberspace, identifies existing limitations, and proposes solutions to improve the relevant legislation and enhance its enforcement effectiveness.
