Abstract

Rural Vietnam is a strategic area, preserving the "soul" and core values of national cultural identity. Historically, the cultural and spiritual life of rural residents has been closely linked to the relative isolation of village spaces, traditional cultural institutions (banyan trees, riverbanks, village communal houses), and direct forms of communication. The impact of the Fourth Industrial Revolution, centered on the national digital transformation strategy, extends beyond production methods (high-tech agriculture, e-commerce) to profoundly restructure the worldview, value systems, and cultural lifestyles of the population. Therefore, objectively identifying these changing trends and proposing solutions is an urgent requirement, both theoretically and practically, for current social management.
