Abstract

The rapid development of modern society, driven by advances in science and technology, requires individuals to transform their thinking, habits, and behaviors. In this context, digital communication and collaboration competence has become an essential capability that pre-service teachers must acquire in order to effectively utilize digital tools in learning and teaching. This competence also entails the ability to select, analyze, and process information accurately and scientifically in the face of widespread misinformation and fake news in digital environments. Developing such competence not only enhances professional expertise but also fosters essential professional qualities for pre-service teachers in the digital era. Therefore, examining the factors influencing digital communication and collaboration competence among pre-service teachers at Hung Vuong University is of significant importance, providing a foundation for teacher education faculties to formulate appropriate training strategies and solutions in the context of educational digital transformation.
