Abstract

This article focuses on reviewing the perspectives of the Vietnamese Communist Party through its Party Congresses on the policies of developing science and technology to meet the requirements of sustainable national development. Based on this, it summarizes the main contents of the guiding viewpoints, goals, tasks, and solutions for the Party's science and technology development. It also highlights the achievements made in the process of implementing these policies in the fields of agriculture, information technology, medicine, renewable energy, new materials, and space research.
