Abstract
As the Fourth Industrial Revolution accelerates globally, digital transformation has become an inevitable trend across all sectors, including education and training. In Vietnam, it serves not only as a technological approach to modernizing teaching and learning, but also as a strategic direction for enhancing human resource quality and meeting the demands of a knowledge-based economy and global integration. Despite significant opportunities, numerous challenges persist. Using document analysis, synthesis, and policy evaluation methods, this article identifies key barriers and proposes practical solutions to improve the effectiveness of digital transformation in education.
