Abstract
With the development of the economy, commercial contracts have become increasingly popular and have garnered greater attention. Once a contract is established and takes legal effect, the parties must perform their rights and obligations as agreed, thereby helping each party achieve its objectives. In practice, the party entitled to demand the performance of an obligation may not always be able or willing to continue exercising this right. Therefore, to facilitate the transfer of the right to demand the performance of obligations, including rights arising from commercial contracts, the Civil Code 2015 provides specific provisions on the assignment of claims. However, the current regulations still reveal certain limitations and gaps, necessitating specific solutions to improve the legal framework.
