Abstract

Creating a positive teaching environment has become an essential task of higher education institutions. The author uses theoretical research methods, synthesizing legal documents, from which it can be concluded that a good working environment will positively affect the work performance of lecturers; students who have a positive perception of the learning environment often have good learning outcomes and enhance humanistic values in the educational process. Investing in improving the development of the educational environment is an urgent need in educational innovation and international integration.
