Abstract
The implementation of community-based criminal sentence enforcement and the reintegration of individuals who have completed prison sentences hold significant political, social, and deeply humanitarian value, reflecting the Vietnamese nation's traditions of humanity and leniency. Supporting and facilitating the return of these individuals to their local communities-enabling them to stabilize their lives and reintegrate quickly-not only helps reduce recidivism but also strengthens national unity and maintains local security and order. In recent times, the Criminal Sentence Enforcement Agency of the Son La Provincial Police has consistently adhered to legal regulations regarding the rights of those serving sentences and has effectively implemented measures to ensure security and order within local detention facilities.
