Abstract
In recent years, alongside socioeconomic development, public security and social order in Kha Cuu Commune, Phu Tho Province, have remained generally stable. Nevertheless, various risks arising from disputes in residents’ daily lives persist. If these disputes are not promptly identified and mediated, they may lead to violations of the law or even serious criminal cases, thereby undermining local security and social order. Recognizing the importance of addressing this issue, the Kha Cuu Commune Police have strengthened and promoted the role of community police officers as a key measure for maintaining political stability, public security, and social order in the locality.
