Abstract

Social stability, discipline, and public safety provide an essential foundation for socioeconomic development and the well-being of the people. As Vietnam accelerates national reform, deepens international integration, and advances comprehensive digital transformation, the administrative management of social order is presented with significant opportunities as well as emerging challenges. As the core force in this field, the People’s Police responsible for the administrative management of social order have implemented coordinated measures, substantially reformed their working methods, and effectively integrated information technology into management practices. The achievements attained in recent years provide valuable practical lessons for strengthening the maintenance of social order and public safety in the new context.
