Abstract
Ensuring livelihoods for rural workers is a prerequisite for achieving the strategic goals of the "three rural issues" (agriculture, farmers, and rural areas) and national sustainable development. This article analyzes the current state of livelihoods for rural workers in Vietnam in the face of the intertwined impacts of the Fourth Industrial Revolution (Industry 4.0), the process of economic restructuring, and the wave of labor restructuring after the pandemic. Based on this analysis, it proposes a comprehensive system of solutions to build a sustainable livelihood framework for rural workers in the new era.
