Abstract
This study aims to evaluate the impact of flexibility development exercises on the flexibility of martial arts students. The research involved 26 male students, divided into two groups: an experimental group and a control group. The experimental group underwent flexibility training for six months, while the control group continued with the previous training program. The results indicated that the experimental group showed significant improvements compared to the control group in most flexibility tests. The study concludes that applying flexibility development exercises is a crucial factor in training, contributing to enhanced physical strength, technical skills, and the formulation of more effective training programs in the future.
