Abstract

The explosion of the 4.0 Industrial Revolution has been creating breakthrough changes, having a strong impact on socio-economic development in each country, each region and globally. Accordingly, the labor market will face major challenges in terms of quality, supply, demand and labor structure, including the Accounting industry, typically the Accounting - Auditing industry in Vietnam. The article analyzes opportunities and challenges and offers some solutions that contribute to improving the quality of Accounting human resource training in the context of the 4.0 industrial revolution.
