Abstract

In the context of Vietnam’s deepening international economic integration, the need to develop high-quality human resources in international trade and business law has become increasingly urgent to support effective law-making and enforcement. This article examines master’s programs in International Trade and Business Law at selected universities in the United Kingdom, focusing on three aspects: program objectives and learning outcomes, curricula, and teaching methods. Based on this analysis, the study identifies relevant practices and lessons that may inform the design and implementation of similar postgraduate programs in Vietnam.
