Abstract

The auction of land use rights for investment projects in Vietnam currently faces numerous challenges due to legal inconsistencies and overlaps among the Land Law, the Law on Property Auction, and the Investment Law. To address these issues, it is necessary to develop a coherent and unifi ed legal framework that clearly delineates the relationships among these laws. Additionally, regulations should include clear criteria for selecting investors through auction, strengthen the accountability of auction-organizing agencies, and promote the use of digital technologies to enhance transparency and management effi ciency throughout the entire process.
