Abstract

Resolution No. 68-NQ/TW of the Politburo on promoting the development of the private economy marks a fundamental shift in the Party's theoretical and practical thinking regarding the position and role of this economic sector. This article focuses on analyzing the new guiding principles, identifying systemic barriers, and proposing a strategic roadmap to unlock resources and enhance the competitiveness of the private economy, thereby contributing to the successful achievement of the country's industrialization and modernization goals in the context of the Fourth Industrial Revolution.
