Abstract

Legal dissemination and education play an important role in bringing law into social life, raising awareness of law observance, and building a legal culture among the people. In the context of the Party and State’s efforts to build a socialist rule-of-law state, renewing the content, methods, and organizational mechanisms of this work has become urgent. This article analyzes the theoretical foundations, assesses the current situation, and proposes solutions to renew legal dissemination and education to meet the requirements of national development in the new period.
