Abstract

In the context of globalization and digital transformation in higher education, English plays a pivotal role in enhancing students’ integration capacity and expanding their career opportunities. However, English teaching and learning at Hai Duong University still encounter several limitations, including traditional teaching approaches, insufficient learner autonomy, and limited use of technology. This article analyzes the current situation of English teaching and learning at the university and proposes a number of innovative solutions aimed at improving instructional quality. These solutions contribute to enhancing English proficiency among students and meeting the demands of higher education in the digital era.
