Abstract

National borders are always strategic and crucial areas for national defense and security, but they are also places where transnational crimes are actively exploited. In the context of the world deeply entering the Fourth Industrial Revolution (4.0) and comprehensive international integration, the methods of border crime have fundamentally changed, gradually shifting from traditional methods to being intertwined with high technology, anonymity, and sophisticated network organization. This article proposes innovative solutions for combating and preventing crime along Vietnam’s borders today.
