Abstract

This article analyzes the theoretical and practical foundations for educating students of Hanoi Procuratorate University on President Ho Chi Minh’s humanistic rule-of-law thought in the context of building a socialist rule-of-law state and advancing judicial reform in Vietnam today. Based on a survey of students’ awareness, attitudes, and levels of application, the study identifies both achievements and limitations in the transformation of theoretical understanding into professional competence. On that basis, the author proposes a comprehensive system of solutions, including the institutionalization of learning outcomes, the renewal of teaching methods, the strengthening of practical experience, and the development of a rule-of-law culture within the university. These measures are intended to contribute to the training of future procurators who are not only professionally competent but also deeply grounded in humanistic values.
