Abstract

With the development of the economy and science and technology, property rights arising from contracts are becoming increasingly common in social life and are used as the object of many civil transactions. Currently, in legal science, there are many different opinions on theoretical issues as well as on the practical application of the law on property rights arising from contracts. This situation has created an objective need for research to clarify theoretical and legal issues about property rights arising from contracts to ensure a unified understanding and application of legal regulations in practice.
