Abstract
Controlling state power is a compulsory requirement in a socialist rule-of-law state. In Vietnam today, both state agencies and society play essential roles in the process of controlling state power. This article focuses on assessing the current effectiveness of state power control by non-state organizations (excluding the Communist Party of Vietnam and the Vietnam Fatherland Front), and proposes several solutions to enhance the effectiveness of state power control by these non-state entities.
Keywords: Effectiveness, control of state power, social organization, civil society.
