Abstract

The article analyzes divorce relations involving foreign elements in the context of international integration. On that basis, the author makes recommendations to improve Vietnamese law on divorce relations involving foreign elements in Vietnam to better ensure the legitimate rights and interests of the parties when participating in divorce relations between Vietnamese citizens and foreigners.
