Abstract
Electronic surveillance is a preventative measure that oKers many advantages over pre-trial detention in managing juvenile oKenders. In the context of digital transformation, improving the legal framework for electronic surveillance of juvenile oKenders needs to be considered in the context of ensuring human rights. This article analyzes current legal regulations and anticipates diRculties in their application. Based on this, it proposes solutions to improve the law, ensuring a balance between resolving criminal cases and protecting human rights.
