Abstract

This article analyzes the regulations concerning liability for non-contractual damages caused by persons lacking legal capacity in the 2015 Civil Code. Based on clarifying the conditions for liability, the subjects liable for compensation, and evaluating practical application, the author points out the shortcomings of current law and proposes recommendations to improve the legal framework regarding liability for damages caused by persons lacking legal capacity.
