Abstract
Audio or video recording in the interrogation of suspects is the application of science and technology to support the process of solving criminal cases, ensuring the objectivity and transparency of the proceedings. In addition to the achievements, the proceedings of the Investigation Agency have revealed some limitations when there are still many wrongful convictions and errors arising from the mistakes of the Investigators, causing a decline in the reputation of the law enforcement agency in the current period.
