Abstract

Corruption, negativity, and waste pose significant threats to the leadership capacity, combat strength of Party organizations, and the trust of the people. In accordance with the Resolution of the 4th Plenum of the Party Central Committee (12th and 13th terms), Conclusion No. 21-KL/TW, and Regulation No. 08-QĐi/TW on the responsibility of exemplary conduct, studying and following Ho Chi Minh’s ideology, ethics, and style is recognized as a foundational and indispensable solution in Party building and rectification. This approach affirms that applying Ho Chi Minh’s ideology contributes to preventing and combating corruption, negativity, and waste at their roots, thereby fostering a clean, strong, and resilient Party organization in the current context.
