Abstract

Positioning itself within the broader current of global development, the Communist Party of Vietnam has guided the country toward comprehensive integration into the international community, including integration in the field of labor. Throughout this process, Vietnam has actively improved its labor legal framework and incorporated international treaties, standards, and commitments into domestic legislation; reformed labor market institutions; fostered harmonious industrial relations; and enhanced workforce quality to strengthen competitiveness in the global labor market. These efforts have contributed significantly to the achievements of the country's renewal and development process.
