Abstract

In recent years, the Mobile Police Force has continued to develop comprehensively, serving as a vanguard force in directly combating various types of crime, promptly suppressing acts of public disorder and riots, safeguarding national security, and maintaining social order and safety. The regular and systematic implementation of advanced and specialized training is an important prerequisite for building the Bac Ninh Public Security force in general, and the Mobile Police Force of Bac Ninh Provincial Police in particular, into a truly clean, strong, disciplined, professional, elite, and modern force. Such training also contributes to strengthening the force’s capacity to fulfill its responsibilities as a “steel shield” in the cause of national construction and defense.
