Abstract

Faced with the strong impact of the Fourth Industrial Revolution, to adapt and develop, Vietnam must build its own advanced science and modern technology, as this is the key to promoting the development of productive forces, improving labor productivity, and advancing social progress. In the scope of this paper, the author concentrates on analyzing the current situation, highlighting achievements and limitations, and simultaneously recommending several fundamental solutions to foster the development of science and technology in Vietnam in the current period.
