Abstract

With its multidimensional influence, cyberspace is increasingly recognized as the fifth operational domain, given its profound impact on individuals’ perceptions and actions, particularly amid the rapid advancement of digital transformation. Social media communication functions as a “powerful instrument,” which is frequently exploited by hostile forces to manipulate public opinion and target regular users of online platforms. A lack of vigilance against such subversive strategies may result in serious and unpredictable consequences, especially in safeguarding the Party’s ideological foundation. This includes protecting and reinforcing the Party’s ongoing efforts to prevent and combat corruption.
