Abstract
Based on the methods of analysis, synthesis, systematization, and generalization of the current legal framework, this article develops a legal theoretical framework for the financial mechanism of private higher education institutions. The framework encompasses the concept of a financial mechanism, the concept of the law governing financial mechanisms, a system of eight constituent elements of the financial mechanism, the substantive content of each element, and the relationships among those elements. On this basis, the article contributes to establishing a theoretical foundation for the study, analysis, evaluation, and improvement of the legal framework governing the financial mechanisms of private higher education institutions, while also providing a reference framework for further research in the field of economic law.
