Abstract

This article analyzes the essential role of output quality assessment in primary education training programs, with a focus on assessing student learning outcomes. It examines the theoretical foundations of quality assessment, the methods and tools for evaluating learning outcomes, and clarifi es the relationship between these activities and ensuring output quality. The article also identifi es challenges in implementation and proposes strategic solutions to enhance the eff ectiveness of output quality assessment, thereby contributing to improving the quality of primary school teachers to meet the demands of current educational reforms.
