Abstract

Road traffic law culture is also a manifestation of beautiful, good, and beneficial behavior of traffic participants and management officials; showing attitudes and feelings of respect for others and themselves. Currently, some countries in the world always have modern traffic systems, especially in terms of behavioral culture when participating in traffic, and our country needs to study and apply experiences to build a civilized and modern traffic culture. The article presents the experiences of some countries in the world in building a legal culture in road traffic and application to practice in Vietnam today.
