Abstract
In the training programs at People's Public Security educational institutions, martial arts is a specialized subject that plays an important role in developing combat skills, self-defense techniques, subject control, and handling operational situations. To eKectively perform martial arts techniques, students not only need to master knowledge and skills but also must have a solid physical foundation, with strength being one of the key physical qualities that plays a decisive role. Practical teaching has shown that many students, although performing techniques correctly, have limited eKectiveness in application due to weaknesses in muscle strength, speed strength, and endurance strength. Therefore, physical training is necessary to help improve the quality of martial arts training, meeting the requirements of building a revolutionary, disciplined, elite, and modern People's Public Security force.
