Abstract

In Vietnam, the state economy has always played a leading role in guiding and orienting other economic sectors. However, hostile forces have spread distorted arguments claiming that the state economy is inefficient, oppositional, and restrictive to the private sector, and therefore should be eliminated. Identifying and countering such distorted arguments in order to defend the correctness of the Party’s ideological foundation, protect the renovation policy, and uphold national independence associated with socialism is an urgent task in the current period.

Keywords: Distorted arguments, leading role, Resolution 79-NQ/TW, state economy.
