Abstract

Science and Technology Enterprises (STEs) are important actors within the innovation ecosystem, serving as a bridge between scientific research and the market through the commercialization of research outcomes. In this process, intellectual property is not only the product of innovative activities but also a strategic asset that determines a firm's competitiveness and sustainable development. Therefore, intellectual property law plays a particularly significant role in fostering the establishment and growth of STEs.
