Abstract

This article examines the theoretical and practical foundations of the role played by the People’s Public Security forces in building Vietnam’s socialist rule-of-law state and evaluates their contributions in practice. Based on the issues identified, the article proposes several solutions to strengthen the role of the People’s Public Security forces in advancing the development of Vietnam’s socialist rule-of-law state in the coming period.
