Abstract

This article examines Vietnam’s legal framework for ensuring and protecting human rights, highlighting its achievements as well as existing limitations and shortcomings. Based on a comprehensive assessment of the current situation, the article proposes several solutions for further developing and improving the legal framework for ensuring and protecting human rights in accordance with the spirit of the Resolution of the 14th National Party Congress. These solutions are expected to make an important contribution to the continued development and improvement of the socialist rule-of-law state in Vietnam.
