Abstract

The practice of building new rural areas in Ca Mau province in recent years shows that young people are the primary force participating in implementing most of the criteria for building new rural areas in the locality. Through various effective models, young people actively engage in projects, tasks, and community-oriented activities aimed at achieving the goals of new rural development. To ensure deeper, more effective, and sustainable rural development, it is essential to continue implementing, expanding, and developing successful models that harness youth resources in building new rural areas in Ca Mau province with the most practical and impactful solutions.
