Abstract

Improving the quality of teaching the State and Law course in military academies and institutions is an urgent requirement amid increasingly complex national defense tasks. Training institutions need to modernize their curricula and teaching methods to ensure relevance, practicality, and alignment with military and defense missions. At the same time, lecturers must be equipped with professional expertise, pedagogical skills, and updated legal knowledge. Strengthening the application of digital technology and developing digital learning materials can significantly enhance students’ learning effectiveness. These efforts contribute to building a politically steadfast, loyal, and law-abiding military force capable of fulfilling missions in the new context.
