Abstract

The situation of people under 18 years old committing an offense is increasing in our country. Crimes of these subjects are no longer simple, effeminate, lack of thought, but they have calculated, prepared carefully and quite sophisticated, even formed criminal groups with high danger. The paper focuses on clarifying the characteristics and causes of the offenses of people under 18, from which, offering some solutions to improve the effectiveness of the education of criminal acts of the under 18 years old now.
