Abstract

In accordance with the learner-centered approach, credit-based education aims to foster students’ autonomy, initiative, and active engagement in the learning process. Teamwork is an important learning method that promotes creativity, independent thinking, collaboration, and collective responsibility among students. This study examines the current state of teamwork among students majoring in Primary Education at Hoa Lu University. Based on the findings, it proposes several measures to enhance students’ teamwork effectiveness in the Primary Education Pedagogy course, thereby contributing to improved teaching and learning quality.
