Abstract

This article analyzes the current situation and common methods used to violate laws on industrial wastewater management in the new context. From the perspective of the functions and duties of the Environmental Police force, the study proposes a system of strategic and operational solutions aimed at proactively preventing, detecting, and strictly addressing acts that cause environmental harm to water resources. These measures contribute to safeguarding national ecological security in 2025 and the years to come.
