Abstract
This article examines the achievements, limitations, and shortcomings in the implementation of fire prevention legislation at historical and cultural heritage sites in Hanoi. Based on this assessment, it proposes measures to improve the effectiveness of implementation, thereby helping to reduce violations of fire prevention legislation and the incidence of fires and explosions at these sites.
