Abstract

Enhancing the leadership capacity and fighting strength of grassroots Party organizations is a crucial task in the current period, with the aim of affirming the Party’s leadership role at the grassroots level. Evidence shows that where grassroots Party organizations are strong, the political system operates effectively and efficiently, and public trust in the Party is reinforced and strengthened. To achieve this, Party organizations need to improve the quality of cadres and Party members, continue to innovate leadership methods, strengthen discipline and order, and uphold the Party’s organizational principles. These measures contribute to building a cleaner, stronger Party and represent an essential requirement in the context of accelerating national renewal, advancing the construction of a socialist rule-of-law state, and deepening international integration.
