Abstract

In the current conditions of developing a socialist-oriented market economy and international integration in our country, improving the legal culture for enterprises, business owners and employees is of urgent significance. This is an important condition for building a socialist rule of law state and a fair, democratic and civilized society. The article discusses the legal culture as well as the legal culture situation of enterprises in our country; affirming that the legal culture of Vietnamese enterprises still has certain limitations, especially the level of legal knowledge and the ability to use the law in business activities. Therefore, there is a need for positive solutions to improve the level of legal culture for Vietnamese enterprises today.
